"Our work reflects key M4C framework elements: a dynamic integrated outcome monitoring (both quantitative and qualitative, rapid cycle evidence-informed learning and decision making, and learning, stakeholders driven adaptations (including caregivers and service providers), and an adaptable MEL system to achieve sustainable scalable impact. Our first M4C paper highlighted the Enabling Inclusion Program's rapid-cycle data collection and evaluation to support evidence-informed and stakeholder-driven adaptations to the early intervention program which led to improved service provider quality of work-life, family empowerment and improved program engagement, improved child school enrollment, and positioned the Enabling Inclusion Model and App for scale-up" ↓
