Therefore measurement for change is an intrinsic, end to end and ongoing process."

"Our work reflects key M4C framework elements: a dynamic integrated outcome monitoring (both quantitative and qualitative, rapid cycle evidence-informed learning and decision making, and learning, stakeholders driven adaptations (including caregivers and service providers), and an adaptable MEL system to achieve sustainable scalable impact. Our first M4C paper highlighted the Enabling Inclusion Program's rapid-cycle data collection and evaluation to support evidence-informed and stakeholder-driven adaptations to the early intervention program which led to improved service provider quality of work-life, family empowerment and improved program engagement, improved child school enrollment, and positioned the Enabling Inclusion Model and App for scale-up"

"What I value most in M4C is not its 'framework' (a metaphor with fixed and solid connotations), but the philosophy of self-questioning and instant project transformation based on community and user feedback and evaluation. In this way, social change can have the same agility and creativity of software development and other forms of innovation."

About US
Currently, the M4C project is run by the Caribbean Center for Child Neurodevelopment based in Grenada, West Indies. The M4C framework was originally launched at Utrecht University in 2019 by Penny Holding (PhD), Joachim Krapels (PhD), and Joost de Laat (PhD). The initial dialogue included 21 organizations working with familities and children across the globe.
